Regardless if it is peel in stick you would still have to apply
Kheamwali
& adhevesive mastic down. I have had the same problems. DO NOT USE LIQUID

NAIL!!!! It will expand & make the floor uneven. Unfortunatrely pulling

to have problems with peel & stick. (Checking AMbient Temperature: Take a
fat frier or cooking thermometer 0 to 120 degrees & lay on the concrete
floor for 15 minutes & check it again to verify the temp after an
additional 10 minutes.) The adhesive is not designed for colder temps. The
best bet is if you van save the peel in stick. replace & add an additional
mastic layer.

The vinyl tile adhesive in a caulking tube sold at Lowe is or
Kit-Kat
Home Depot. Peel and stick tile comes up on most surfaces. Concrete

would need extra re inforcement.
